Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our original pieces and the careful, detailed process involved in both the creation and secure shipment of luxury art, we have a firm policy on refunds.

No Refunds Policy

All sales of artwork from Belletty Arts are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.

We kindly ask our clients to make their selections with careful consideration before finalizing a purchase. To assist you in this process, we provide detailed descriptions, high-resolution images, and accurate dimensions for each piece. We are also available to answer any questions you may have about a particular artwork, its history, or its materials, to ensure you are completely confident in your decision.

This policy is in place to protect the integrity and value of the unique art we represent. The secure packaging and specialized handling required for shipping these delicate items make the return process impractical and pose a risk to the artwork's condition.

Exceptions (Damage in Transit)

The only exception to our no-refund policy is for artwork that arrives damaged as a result of shipping.
